NICK RICCIOTTI

Nick is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a master’s degree from Rutgers University, and he’s dedicated his life to helping people navigate stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, and substance use with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With a background in high-stress professional environments, he combines clinical expertise with real-world understanding, creating a space where people feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.

Nick knows that life doesn’t come with an instruction manual. But he also knows you don’t have to face it alone. His approach is built on empathy, honesty, and respect, guiding people to rediscover their strengths and take intentional steps forward.

Outside the therapy room, Nick lives and breathes the Hard Work Athletics mindset. He’s deeply passionate about fitness, mental wellness, and the connection between physical and mental strength. He believes that movement, discipline, and structure in the gym can spark growth in every area of life — building resilience from the inside out.

When we asked Nick why he chose Hard Work Athletics, his answer was simple:

“HWA isn’t just a business. It’s a community. We’re here to make an IMPACT, to help people become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. That’s exactly what I stand for.”

Nick embodies everything Hard Work Athletics represents — discipline, consistency, resilience, and a commitment to lifting others up. We’re honored to have him on the team.
