It doesn’t have to be fancy. Just move.
Run. Lift. Walk. Stretch. Hit the floor for pushups.
Whatever it is—do it with intention.
You’ve got a body that works today.
You’ve got a heart that’s beating.
You’ve got a chance.
Take it.
